Who hates you?

If you belonged to the world, the world would love [you as] its own and would treat you with affection. But you are not of the world [you no longer belong to it], but I have chosen you out of the world. And because of this, the world hates you. "If the world hates you [and it does], know that it has hated Me before you. Remember [and continue to remember] that I told you, 'A servant is not greater than his master.' If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they would keep yours also. But they will do all these [hurtful] things to you for My name's sake [because you bear My name and are identified with Me], for they do not know the One who sent Me. - John 15:18-21 (Amplified Bible)

The kind of person who hates you will reveal the kind of person you are.

So what am I saying? If no one dislikes you on account of Christ, it's probably not because you have become greater, more endearing, and more friendly to the lost than Jesus, the apostles, or the lineage of persecuted Christians and martyrs throughout church history. If no one dislikes you on account of Christ, it is likely because you have been too quiet about Jesus, too lukewarm for him, or too much like the world for them to notice the difference.- Greg Morse

After all, we Christians are reconciled to God and united to one another, so people have every right to expect to see integrity in the church. What is integrity? The Oxford English Dictionary says that the word comes from the Latin integritas, which means "wholeness," "entireness," "completeness." The root word is integer which means "untouched," "intact," "entire." Integrity is to personal or corporate character what health is to the body or 20/20 vision is to the eyes. A person with integrity is not divided (that's duplicity) or merely pretending (that's hypocrisy). He or she is "whole"; life is "put together," and things are working together harmoniously. People with integrity have nothing to hide and nothing to fear. Their lives are open books. They are integers. - Warren Wiersbe, The Integrity Crisis

Am I executing life as an integer or a fraction?
